Board Bio: Jeffery Hoyle

Jeffery Hoyle is a Colorado-based public relations and marketing professional. Currently he is Owner and Chief Communications Officer of Emphasis Communications, LLC, a firm focusing on the public relations and marketing needs of Denver’s small business and nonprofit communities.

Jeffery was part of the host committee for The National LGBTQ Task Force Creating Change Conference hosted in Denver in February 2015, as well as Chairman of the Denver Mayor’s GLBT Commission, Co-chair of the Board of Directors of The Alexander Foundation, a member of the Advisory Board of Cooking Matters, Coordinator for the Colorado Healthcare Guild, and member of the Board of Trustees of the Gender Identity Center of Colorado.

Practically a Denver native, Jeffery graduated from Denver’s own East High School, and attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado studying Communications and Journalism.

Jeffery currently resides in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. When not working in the trenches of the self employed, Jeffery enjoys spending his time with good friends, good food, good wine, and good conversation.
