The National LGBTQ Task Force looks forward to hosting Creating Change 2025 at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada!
Where can I find the conference schedule or agenda?
You can view the Schedule At A Glance here. The full detailed schedule will be available online and in the PheedLoop Go! app before the conference begins. Presenters and attendees should plan travel around the full CC25 conference dates: January 22–26, 2025. Please note: Individual scheduling requests cannot be accommodated.
When were proposal notices be sent?
All proposal notices were emailed between November 4–15, 2024. We are no longer accepting CC25 proposals.
How do I register as an accepted proposal presenter?
To register, sign the speaker contract to access your speaker portal. The portal includes a registration tab with your custom registration link. Please refer to your speaker portal for your session information.
How do I request an invitation letter?
Your registration must first be completed and paid for in full. Once registered, please provide a copy of your registration payment confirmation to [email protected] to receive an invitation letter.
Can I volunteer at Creating Change 2025?
The deadline to sign-up was January 10, 2025. If you have any questions, contact [email protected]

Will childcare services be available?
Yes, childcare will be available. However, the childcare survey included in the registration process closed on December 30, 2024.
What are the registration fees, and can they be refunded?
General registration closed on December 30, 2024. Registration for Creating Change 2025 is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel your registration or that of someone else, the fees will be considered a donation to the ongoing work of Creating Change and the National LGBTQ Task Force. Registration fees help cover the cost of producing Creating Change and sustaining future conferences. Thank you for making the investment with us!
What should I know about travel and lodging?
Our CC25 hotel room block is full as of December 30, 2024. However, you can still book a room directly through the Rio Hotel outside of the CC25 block.
All participants, including presenters, are responsible for their travel and lodging costs.
