Working for fairness and equality in Bowling Green

The Task Force is on the ground in Bowling Green, Ohio, working in solidarity with our local partner One Bowling Green. Next Tuesday, citizens of Bowling Green will vote on Ordinances 7905 and 7906, which would add LGBT people to current housing and employment laws that protect residents based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, military status, ancestry and age. One Bowling Green is urging community members to vote YES on Ordinances 7905 and 7906.

One Bowling Green kicked off “Election Week” on Oct 26. Members of the campaign steering committee were on hand to give a brief campaign update, as well as remind Bowling Green voters the importance of casting their YES votes:
