Back in 1994 the founders of Winter Party Festival decided to invite the LGBT community to a party on the sands of South Beach.

Now 20 years later that one night has turned into a Task Force produced six-day celebration that attracts people from all over the world. While many people might think the Winter Party Festival is a lot of parties, that’s not the whole picture. Sure, people come to have fun. And they do have fun – a lot of it! But the real purpose is serious.

The Winter Party Festival is committed to supporting change for our community, on both a national and a local level. Proceeds go to South Florida organizations and the National LGBTQ Task Force, so they can continue their work.

The method Winter Party Festival uses to achieve the success is part genius and part magic. We host the most amazing mix of people, music, entertainment and top international DJ talent together in one place. And it all takes place in one the most sought after winter destinations, Miami Beach. With over 10,000 guests from around the world attending six days of events, the scale of Winter Party Festival is inspiring. And regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, age, race, ethnicity or belief, anyone and everyone is made to feel comfortable and at home.
