Task Force congratulates Chad Griffin on being named next HRC president

The Task Force congratulates Chad Griffin on his appointment as next president of the Human Rights Campaign. Griffin, a founding board member of the American Foundation for Equal Rights, will begin his new post in June.

Task Force Executive Director Rea Carey said today:

A big congratulations to Chad Griffin on his appointment as HRC’s next president. He will bring smarts, passion for equality and strategic thinking to Washington. This is a time when we need to push harder than ever to move Congress and the political ball forward for LGBT people and their families.
