Stand up against DOMA

Next week the U.S. Senate will hold its first-ever hearing on the Respect for Marriage Act which seeks to repeal the so-called “Defense of Marriage Act” (DOMA).

The hearing is open to the public and we need to pack the room with loving, committed families to show just how damaging DOMA is. To join us next Wednesday, July 20th at 10am please RSVP by noon this Friday, July 15 to abennett@thetaskforce.org.

The Obama administration has already dropped its defense of DOMA, now it’s time for congress to pass the Respect for Marriage Act and repeal DOMA once and for all.
