Nevada Assembly passes nondiscrimination bill

The Nevada Assembly today passed AB211, which would prohibit discriminatory employment practices based upon gender identity or expression, by a vote of 29-13.

The Task Force has worked with the Las Vegas-based staff of the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada (PLAN) on the legislation which will now move to the Senate for a vote.
