Injustice at Every Turn: State Reports of the National Transgender Discrimination Survey

These state reports based on the National Transgender Discrimination Survey, fielded by the National Center for Transgender Equality (NCTE) and the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, reveal the specific experiences of transgender and gender non-conforming people in twenty-five states of the US. In these twenty-five states, there were enough respondents for meaningful state-level analysis. in the others, our regional factsheets will be particularly useful for advocates who would still like to offer a more localized picture than the national numbers for lobbying or communications.
