Many LGBTQ people can get pregnant, which is why we need affordable access to birth control and other reproductive health options to make the best decisions for ourselves. However, several employers are fighting at the U.S. Supreme Court to make it legal to use religion to deny their employees essential healthcare coverage guaranteed by the Affordable Care Act.

This fact sheet explains how the Supreme Court case, Zubik v. Burwell, would negatively impact the sexual and reproductive health of LGBTQ people and our families, and the dangerous precedent it would set if the Court rules in favor of discrimination.
