Election 2012: Task Force on C-SPAN

Task Force Deputy Executive Director Darlene Nipper recently joined Columbia University professor Patricia Williams and author Rebecca Traister for a post-election panel, “State of the Nation: Gender, Sexuality & the 2012 Elections.”

The panel, held at Columbia University in New York City, talked about the gender and LGBT issues that emerged during Election 2012, including women’s health and reproductive rights, marriage equality, poverty, and the changing nature of the U.S. electorate.
