Creating Change volunteer orientation is underway!

At noon today, volunteer orientation sessions began at the Hilton Baltimore. We have over 400 volunteers signed up to help out during the conference — for what we expect to be the largest National Conference on LGBT Equality: Creating Change ever!

Conference director Sue Hyde led the first orientation, explaining the various roles that volunteers play in support of the event.

After the initial training, volunteers were taken on a tour of the hotel, so that they can help direct participants during the conference.

Meanwhile, additional volunteers were taught how to use the conference software to assist with the registration process during the conference.
