Closing arguments tomorrow in Perry v. Schwarzenegger

The closing arguments in the Prop. 8 case are scheduled for tomorrow. The presiding judge in the case recently asked the attorneys to answer 39 questions for clarification. The answers to those questions were made publicly available today, in writing, by plaintiffs’ attorneys Theodore Olson and David Boies. Read the answers here.
