All eyes on the Supreme Court, but don’t let Congress off the hook with DOMA!

The Supreme Court is expected to announce soon whether it will hear a number of cases challenging the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), California’s Proposition 8 and Arizona’s law that stripped state employees who are lesbian, gay and bisexual of domestic partner benefits.
