Janice Thom
Director of Special Events

Janice Thom joined the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force as director of donor relations in May 2004.

Previously, Thom was the manager of Prospect Research for American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR). Prior to working at amfAR, she was with FIND/SVP as a senior consultant in the Basic Industries area.

Thom has been involved in organizing LGBT Pride events in New York for nearly 20 years. She currently serves on the board of directors of Heritage of Pride and is the former president of Interpride, the international association of pride organizations.
