Michael Bath
Special Events Manager
Michael Bath was contracted by the Task Force to help produce Miami's 2004 Recognition Evening and 2005 Winter Party Festival. He joined the Task Force staff in April 2005 as Southeast events and major gifts manager.
Bath spent more than 14 years in the marketing and communications field, first with the music licensing company BMI and then with a New York-based international law firm. More recently, he was director of events for the now-defunct GaySouthFlorida.
Throughout the 1990s, Bath was a volunteer member of Heritage of Pride (HOP), the organization that produces New York's LGBT Pride celebration. He was HOP's media director from 1994 to 1996 and produced the 1997 and 1998 New York City pride rallies.
