• Domestic Violence
  Has domestic violence laws that are gender neutral and include household members and dating partners
• Anti-Gay Parenting
  Laws Restricting adoptions and foster care placement (prohibits the recognition of an adoption by more than one individual of the same sex from any other state or foreign jurisdiction)
