Rebecca Ahuja
Senior Field Organizer

Becca Ahuja comes to the Task Force with extensive organizing experience from her work with the New York Public Interest Research Group (NYPIRG). Ahuja organized and led projects to fight for affordable and accessible higher education, and voter education and mobilization on the SUNY Stony Brook campus. She also sat on the statewide board of directors for the organization.

Continuing her passion for campus organizing, shortly after joining the Task Force, she directed the campus organizing program for the No on Constitutional Amendment 36 Campaign in Oregon, the campaign fighting against a constitutional ban on same-sex marriage. Within two months, the campus program brought in over 1,200 students to volunteer going door to door and became a critical component to the campaign.
