Loren S. Ostrow has served on the Task Force board of directors since 2000, where he has held the offices of treasurer and co-chair, and has chaired the Finance Committee. He was a past president of the board of Congregation Kol Ami, a predominately gay and lesbian synagogue in West Hollywood, and currently serves as board co-chair for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. Loren is an attorney and businessperson by profession. He lives with his husband, Brian Newkirk, in Los Angeles.
