Sarah Fletcher recently started her own company, Fletcher Consulting. Previously a former senior financial analyst at Microsoft, she also served on the board of the company’s LGBT Employee Resource Group (GLEAM) as the policy co-chair and the transgender coordinator. As part of her work with GLEAM, Sarah led a committee that worked with Microsoft and community organizations to help pass Washington’s state law banning discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. She annually coordinates Seattle’s Transgender Day of Remembrance.
