Jody Laine owns a small business in Seattle, where she lives with her partner of 21 years, Shad Reinstein. Jody serves on the board of the Pride Foundation and created the Washington Lesbian Organizing Project to strengthen lesbian leadership skills and provide financial and emotional support. In 2000, she was named Seattle’s Business Woman of the Year by the Greater Seattle Business Association.
