Jose Lugaro
Director of Major Gifts

Jose brings a decade of nonprofit development experience from institutions of higher education as well as civil rights and social service organizations. Most recently, he served as deputy director of development for Center on Halsted, Chicago's LGBT community center. Prior to the Center, he worked as a major gifts officer at GLAAD. Jose began his career in development working for the annual fund at Penn State University, his alma mater. As director of major gifts, Jose will manage our Leadership Council program.
