Dorrit Walsh, the Task Force's Senior Marketing Manager, got involved in Web production over a decade ago by writing reviews of Web sites for a Newscorp. online guide and the monthly print publication, The Net. She has served as an online and print editor and designer in advertising, as well as a Web producer, designer, programmer and content manager. Dorrit has produced a variety of public sites, the most notable being "HR Plaza," which in its heyday averaged approximately 250,000 visits per month. She has also created and produced a number of intranets, including two at her most recent position: a single company intranet that was accessed by 1,000-plus employees per day in more than 60 countries, as well as a multi-company Intranet shared by employees of seven companies.
