We've breathed new life into our annual Washington, D.C., event as Pink & Purple Weekend, and it's taking place next month from June 3–5. The weekend features an energizing and diverse lineup of events including a women's party, a skills-building training and the Recognition Awards Brunch. In case you don't live in the D.C. area, our official hotel is even offering a special weekend rate. Don't miss Pink & Purple Weekend! |

Adrian Shanker is an openly gay appointed official in Allentown, Pa. He's also a Creating Change attendee and it was at this year's conference that he decided to become a Task Force monthly donor, a.k.a. "Change Agent." Adrian said he did it because he "wants to do his part, even if only in small numbers, to help sustain the most effective LGBT political organization." Thanks, Adrian! (You can become a Change Agent too; it's quick and easy!)

Vanessa Macoy
Program Associate
Vanessa's playlist is completely varied. (Really, we were completely surprised.) But when we saw what her requirements were for songs to qualify, we realized that it wasn't really as random as it might appear to be. More › |
